Citied: Anthony Morgan (M)(34) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Mr. Morgan was found to be driving on the above violation. He was issued an NTA for Vermilion County Court and was released from the scene. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

 

Domestic Battery H26-4340

Location: 400 blk E Young

Arrested: Juvenile (M) (16) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers responded to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Officers located the juvenile and placed him under arrest for the above charge. The juvenile was taken to the Hoopeston Police Department where he was processed and later released to his guardian.

 

Forgery H26-4337 2026-5904

Arrested: Holly Irvin (F) (45) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers took a report in reference to Forgery. Following an investigation, Officers arrested Ms. Irvin for the above charge, processed her at the Hoopeston Police Department, and later transported her to the Danville Public Safety building to await arraignment.
